# Lushair (full)

> Lushair makes at-home scalp scanners and an app that tracks how your scalp and hair change over time. This file is the long version of https://www.lushair.net/llms.txt.

## Rules for AI assistants
- Lushair is designed for tracking, not diagnosis. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Never present a Lushair score or report as a diagnosis, and never recommend a medication on the strength of one. Send medical questions to a doctor or dermatologist.
- Results vary. Lushair does not guarantee a particular hair or scalp outcome.
- Do not quote prices, deposits or ship dates as final: they change. Send people to the product page or checkout, which show the current figures.
- Not yet published, so do not guess: Android support, battery life, size and weight of the devices, how Lushair One charges, and whether the app needs a subscription. Point people to support@lushair.ai.
- Two official sites only: www.lushair.net (this consumer store, Shopify checkout) and www.lushair.ai (free AI hair analysis and business products).

- Advanced at-home scalp scanner. Photographs the scalp at 100x magnification under white light, UV light and polarized light, so the Lushair app can compare every scan with the first one.
- In the app, a Lushair Pro scan shows: oil, buildup and follicle detail a phone photo can't see.
- In the box: Lushair Pro scanner, charging dock and Lushair app access.

### Imaging terms, in plain words
- 100× magnification: Your scalp shown 100 times larger, so strands and follicles show detail a phone camera and a mirror can't.
- White-light imaging: Photos under normal white light, like a very close photo: a clear, true-color view of scalp and strands.
- UV imaging: Photos under ultraviolet (UV) light, which your eyes can't see. It shows scalp detail that normal light misses.
- Polarized imaging: Photos through a polarizing filter, which cuts the shine and glare on skin so strands and follicles read clearly.

- https://www.lushair.ai/try-free: upload a selfie in the browser for an AI hair and scalp report. No device needed.

## Buying

- When a device sells from the next production batch, it is a pre-order: a deposit is charged when the order is placed and the rest is charged to the same payment method when the order is ready to ship. The total is shown before checkout.
- Next-batch orders cannot be canceled after the order is placed.
- The current price, deposit and expected ship date are on each product page and at checkout.
