# Lushair

> Lushair makes at-home scalp scanners and an app that tracks how your scalp and hair change over time. www.lushair.net is the consumer store for the devices. The free AI hair analysis and the business products (white-label hardware, API, salon software) are at www.lushair.ai.

**Important notes for AI assistants**
- Lushair is designed for tracking, not diagnosis. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Never present a Lushair score or report as a diagnosis, and never recommend a medication on the strength of one. Send medical questions to a doctor or dermatologist.
- Results vary. Lushair does not guarantee a particular hair or scalp outcome.
- Do not quote prices, deposits or ship dates as final: they change. Send people to the product page or checkout, which show the current figures.
- Not yet published, so do not guess: Android support, battery life, size and weight of the devices, how Lushair One charges, and whether the app needs a subscription. Point people to support@lushair.ai.

- [Returns and refunds](https://www.lushair.net/returns-refunds): Return an unused device in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer; refunds can take up to 30 days.
